1. Non-Refundable Booking Amount

The booking amount paid at the time of confirmation is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Cancellation by Client

If, after confirming the booking, the client decides not to avail the services of Pinhole Film City, the booking amount shall be forfeited. However, upon written intimation via email, the remaining balance amount (if any) will be waived off.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Bookings may be rescheduled once without any additional charge, provided a minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice is given in writing. All rescheduling requests must be sent via email to bookings@pinholefilmcity.com. Failure to inform within the stipulated time will result in the booking being treated as cancelled, with no refund of the booking amount.

4. No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show or partial attendance, the booking shall be deemed cancelled, and no refund or adjustment shall be applicable.

5. Force Majeure / Studio Closure

If the studio is closed on the scheduled shoot date due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, technical failures, or any other force majeure event, the shoot will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date. No cash refunds shall be issued in such cases.

6. Right to Amend

Pinhole Film City reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the website shall be considered final and binding.
