General Guidelines

• Entry is permitted only after booking confirmation.
• Studio is located near IGI Airport within the city. App-based cab services are easily available.
• All on-site payments must be made in cash only.
• Studio operates on a shared booking basis with multiple shoots.
• Entry allowed 30 minutes prior to the scheduled slot.
• Studio visits are permitted only with prior appointment.

Safety & Responsibility

• Clients must ensure valid public liability insurance.
• Parental consent required for individuals below 18 years.
• Parking is at client’s own risk.
• Clients use the studio facilities entirely at their own risk.
• Bookings may be rescheduled in case of natural calamities.

Team Size & Facilities

• Total number of people must be informed at booking time.
• One common makeup room is provided per booking.
• Extra people beyond permissible limit will be charged ■1,000 per person.

Booking & Payment Policy

• All prices are exclusive of GST.
• Booking is confirmed upon receipt of ■5,000 + 18% GST.
• Booking amount is non-refundable.
• Balance amount payable at check-in.
• Refundable security deposit (cash only) is mandatory.
• Bookings can be rescheduled if informed at least 48 hours in advance.

Pre-Wedding & Maternity Policy

• Packages are valid for one couple only.
• Extra couples will be charged 50% additional.
• Family or friends are not allowed to shoot.
• Violation will attract a penalty of ■10,000.

Sets, Props & Equipment Usage

• Only one set can be used at a time.
• Each set usage is limited to 30–45 minutes.
• All props and equipment belong to Pinhole Film City.
• No alteration or misuse of props/equipment is allowed.• Availability of machines and props is subject to working condition.

Cleanliness & Damages

• Common areas must be left clean and tidy.
• Any damage or loss will be fully chargeable.
• No decorations or alterations allowed without approval.

Media Usage Rights

• Pinhole Film City reserves the right to use shoot images/videos for promotion.

Legal & Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction.
• Clients must follow all security and studio regulations.
• Client agrees to indemnify Pinhole Film City against all claims.
